A couple other minor suggestions:
Check the eyes on the original; they are not quite so symmetrically 'lemon drop' shaped. Also, as the cheekbone muscles and the muscles of the nasal bridge and pull upward, several things happen. The nose bridge skin wrinkles (which you captured nicely), the nostrils pull upward and flare more, the creases along side of the nostrils deepen, and the cheekbone flesh pushes the lower lids up onto the eye in a partial squint.
All in all, well on its way to a fine horror painting...
